Technical Support for Families

Grand Erie District School Board is pleased to share that Help Desk staff support is now available to all Grand Erie parents and guardians as an additional resource to support their technology-related needs, and the Grand Erie Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).

Please note: Due to privacy and confidentiality concerns, Grand Erie IT personnel are unable to return calls directly to students. A parent or guardian contact must be made available if you require a return call.

Parents and guardians with a technical support problem related to Grand Erie VLE, virtual learning, Brightspace, Microsoft Teams, general technical needs or digital citizenship can now call Grand Erie’s Help Desk between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday at:

Alternatively, parents and guardians can also email Grand Erie’s Help Desk at:

A Grand Erie IT specialist will usually respond within 24 hours.

2017 HIGH SCHOOL REGISTRATION

Registration packages have been delivered to most elementary schools.

If you are from Notre Dame or St. Patrick's, please drop by the Guidance Office to pick up your registration packages.

Dates for Transition Meetings are as follows:

January 26th - River Heights

January 27th - Centennial

January 30th - Notre Dame and St/ Patrick's @ McKinnon Park

January 31st - Oneida

January 26th - February 1st - Six Nations Schools - please check with your school for dates
