Payment is expected in full upon receipt of your Permit. Payment may be made online through the CUS website https://gedsb.ebasefm.com/rentals/welcome or by cheque. All CUS Permits have a non-refundable Administration Fee of $28.25 ($25.00+HST). Any changes to a CUS Permit will result in an additional Administration Fee charged to your account.
Permit application fees are not processed until the permit has been approved. All permit holders are asked to verify and approve the costs prior to approval.
Permit applicants requesting not-for-profit status will need to provide proof by one of the following methods:
Not-for-profit status needs to be proven only once, but any change in status must be reported to the rental office immediately.
Permit applicants requesting municipal affiliation status must show proof of approval from the local municipality on an annual basis.
Failure to disclose a change in status may result in cancellation of permits, denial of future permits and an adjustment invoice to collect unpaid fees that should have been paid.
