The Ontario School Transcript (OST) provides a comprehensive record of a student’s overall achievement and lists the credits that a secondary school student has earned towards fulfillment of the requirements for the graduation diploma. Former students of Grand Erie schools can obtain a copy of their transcript of marks.

Former Graduates/Retirees of any Grand Erie Secondary school (under 10 Years Departure)
Please contact the secondary school you attended to receive a copy of your transcript or records.
Former Graduates/Retirees (Over 10 Years Departure)
If you attended high school more than 10 years ago, your records have been archived. You can request your transcript or records by downloading the form below and mailing it in with a copy of your photo identification (driver’s license, passport, Canadian Citizenship card or birth certificate) to: 365 Rawdon Street, Brantford, Ontario N3S 6J3. Please note the applicable fee of $24.00 is to be mailed with your request using certified cheque or money order. You may also choose to pay by e-transfer (s-geb@granderie.ca) or in-person using debit or credit card. If you choose to pay using debit or credit charge, you must make an appointment by calling 519-753-6079.
