Need a Transcript?

The Ontario School Transcript (OST) provides a comprehensive record of a student’s overall achievement and lists the credits that a secondary school student has earned towards fulfillment of the requirements for the graduation diploma. Former students of Grand Erie schools can obtain a copy of their transcript of marks.

If you have attended high school within the past 10 years, please contact your high school during the regular school year for a copy of your transcript. Former Graduates/Retirees:

If you attended high school more than 10 years ago, your records have been archived. You can request your transcript by downloading the request form and either mail it to 365 Rawdon Street, Brantford, Ontario or email to Please include a copy of identification (driver’s license, birth certificate). During this time, all fees will be waived. Please allow at least 48 - 72 hours for processing.
