The Grand Erie District School Board is thrilled to introduce the Hall of Distinction, celebrating alum who contribute to learning, leading and inspiring in their communities. Annually, beginning in September 2026, this award will recognize graduates who use their Grand Erie education as a foundation for positive change.
"“The Hall of Distinction invites us to celebrate individuals whose journeys and contributions embody our shared values of excellence, leadership, and innovation, inspiring others to learn and lead," said Dr. JoAnna Roberto, Director of Education.
Chosen through a nomination process, eligible nominees are examples of Grand Erie's mission, vision and core values. Recipients are innovators, leaders, artists, educators, entrepreneurs, community builders and changemakers in their communities, have graduated* from a school within the Grand Erie District School Board at least 10 years ago and are living at the time of nomination.
