Grade 11 student Kyle Chambers ended his school year with a kick, literally.
The Hagersville Secondary School student secured himself a spot on the Canadian National Wado Kai Karate team and travelled to Calgary, Alberta.
While competing in the Calgary Cup on June 25th, Kyle won one silver and two bronze medals. He is one of the first National team members to compete in the new Athletes with A Disability (AWAD) division. He currently trains with Sensei Marco Reyes of the Jarvis Wado Kai Karate Club.
