Presenting to the Board of Trustees
Individuals or groups who wish to submit a delegation at an upcoming board meeting, please send your request in writing to the Secretary of the Board through the Executive Assistant to the Board of Trustees (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Delegations wishing to speak to the Board are required to submit their presentation by Thursday, 12:00 noon of the week preceding the meeting of the Board. The presentation shall be in writing and including the name of the spokesperson.
The time allowed for presentations will not exceed ten (10) minutes, exceptions at the discretion of the Board/Committee.
Following the presentations, Trustees, through the Chair, may ask the spokespersons questions for clarification.
